Setting Up Polaris AI Alerts in TradingView with Tradovate Integration
Step 1: Configure Polaris AI in TradingView #
- Open TradingView and select the chart you want to set alerts on.
- Go to Indicators and add Polaris AI Premium v1.28 to your chart.
- Open the Polaris AI Premium settings by clicking the gear icon.
Step 2: Input Alert Details in Polaris AI #
- Select Alert Type: Choose
Tradovate
from the dropdown.
- Risk Type: Set the desired risk percentage (e.g.,
1
).
- Select Order Type: Choose between
Market
, Limit
, or Stop
.
- Alert Name: Enter a recognizable name (e.g.,
Polaris AI Premium
).
- Input Year for Contract: Enter the appropriate year for the futures contract (e.g.,
2024
).
Step 3: Add Tradovate Account Details #
- Tradovate Token: Enter your unique Tradovate token.
- Tradovate Account ID: Enter your account ID (e.g.,
DEMO123456
).
Step 4: Create an Alert in TradingView #
- Click the Alert icon (clock symbol) in TradingView’s top menu.
- Set the alert conditions (e.g., price crossing a key level).
- In the Notifications tab:
- Enable Webhook URL and paste this URL: bashCopyEdit
https://api.pickmytrade.io/v2/add-trade-data
- Optionally, enable other notifications like toast notifications or mobile alerts.
Step 5: Save and Activate the Alert #
- Click Create to finalize the alert.
- Your alert will now trigger and send trade data to your specified webhook URL when conditions are met.
